Oil-immersed laminated iron core distribution transformer has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, small volume, low temperature rise noise, strong overload capacity, good electrical and mechanical performance, reliable operation, etc. Energy-saving products are our company's research and application of new materials and new processes and the combination of innovation and technology introduction. Through the optimization and innovative design of iron core and coil structure, the no-load loss and noise are reduced. The product adopts domestic and foreign advanced technology and equipment and is professionally developed. High-performance cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet is adopted for the core, and the automatic manipulator laminating machine has small shearing burr and lamination coefficient, which effectively reduces the no-load loss, no-load current and noise of the transformer. No-load loss is 5% - 10% lower than manual lamination.
Low loss: comply with the energy efficiency requirements in GB20052-2020 Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades for Power Transformers;
Low noise: meet the requirements of low noise standard of State Grid South Grid;
Strong short circuit resistance: the low voltage coil is made of copper foil, and the high voltage coil is formed by pressure drying with dispensing paper, with high mechanical strength;
Beautiful appearance: full polishing and derusting, powder electric spraying paint can achieve the painting effect of household appliances;
